SHIPPING 

All orders from DOORS NYC will ship within 3 – 5 business days, pending credit card verification, unless specified otherwise in the description of the particular product ordered.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a subsequent email when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive either of these emails, please contact us at customercare@doors.nyc 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer shipping outside of the US at this time. We are working on setting this up and hope to be able to ship to you in the near future. Please get in touch with us if you are an international customer at customercare@doors.nyc 

 

RETURNS 

We make exchanging and returning easy. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and simply let us know if you’d like a different size or a refund.

To initiate an exchange or return, you have 14 days from receiving your order to:

  • Contact us at [email protected] providing your order number (you must contact us no later than 14 days after the receipt of your order)
  • You will then receive return label from us
  • Re-pack your order, attach the return label, and send your purchase back to us: DOORS NYC, 426 W Broadway, ground floor retail north, New York NY 10012 

All items must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the DOORS NYC and designer tags attached (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Skincare, cosmetics, and haircare must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

If you would like to exchange an item, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual return policy.

Please note that art, beauty and fragrance are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your account after DOORS NYC receives the returned item due to varying processing times between payment card providers.
